Flag rugby offers a safe, non-contact introduction to the sport, perfect for young players to develop foundational skills while having fun. Our program is divided into two age groups: the K-2nd grade group focuses on teamwork, happiness, and the joy of playing sports, while our U10 Flag team emphasizes learning rugby rules, building team cohesion, and developing problem-solving skills through matches with other teams. Our dedicated coaches instill these values at every stage, helping players grow both on and off the field.
