Season Checklist

Rugby For All

Shoreline Rugby members are required to complete a DUAL registration process to participate in the program. This includes seasonal registration with our club and annual registration with USA Rugby. Seasonal registration with Shoreline Rugby occurs at the start of each season—Fall, Spring, or Summer—and covers membership dues that support coaching, facilities, equipment, and other local operational costs.

In addition, all players Age 6 and Up must register once a year with USA Rugby, the national governing body of rugby in the United States. This annual registration ensures compliance with national standards and provides benefits like insurance coverage for practices, matches, and events. If you’ve already completed your USA Rugby registration for the current year, you don’t need to register again until the following year. Guidelines For Getting Registered

USA Rugby Registration

ALL PLAYERS AGE 6 AND UP MUST REGISTER WITH USE RUGBY. IF YOU REGISTERED IN THE FALL, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER AGAIN. SEE COACH JOE WITH QUESTIONS
1) Go to https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au
2) Enter in your personal email
3) You may see “You don’t have a Rugby ID,” not to worry as once you enter more details the system will be able to pair you with your imported profile, If you don’t have a new profile, you can create one.
4) Select sign me up, and you will be redirected to enter in your personal details
5) MAKE SURE that USAR National is selected and not Rugby Australia
6) If you see “We have found some profiles that might be you!” Please select your profile and click continue.
7) You will be redirected to the Rugby Xplorer profile homepage
8) Once you’ve set up your profile registration please click “Register” in the top left and you will be directed to search for our club (Shoreline Spartans) and pay your yearly fees to USA Rugby.

Youth Flag (U10 & Below): Select “Flag Rugby”
Youth Tackle (U14 & U12) & Middle School Girls Flag: Select “Youth”
High School players: Select “High School”
Coaches select “Youth and High School”

Shoreline Rugby Registration and Dues

Seasonal Shoreline registration and dues are separate from the USA Rugby registration fee and must be paid directly to Shoreline Rugby

To register and pay dues with Shoreline Spartans go to https://app.teamlinkt.com/register/find/shorelinespartansyouthrugby?cid=61758

You can select which team your player is registering for and now you will pay dues online.

Dues:
Tackle Players: $75
Flag Players: $50

If you sold at least 12 raffle tickets for our Fall Fundraiser, contact Coach Joe at jfalivene@snet.net and he will share the free registration code with you
